Car With a Driver Entebbe is a service from Techsys Autos. We are a lead provider of car rental services in Uganda. Our offices are located on Sentema Rd in Kampala city however we have a meet and greet car rental arrangement at Entebbe International Airport.

We operate a no refund policy for all park entrance and trekking permits. This is because once booked the Uganda Wildlife Authority does not issue a refund. Your Car rental refund can be issued if you call your trip off not less than 20 days from your date of travel. Please note that where a reservation certificate has already been issued to you no refund may be made unless we fail to meet our agreed terms.

If your car rental also includes Gorilla or Chimp trekking, you will need to make a 100% deposit for the permits. For Car rental, we may accept at least $50 deposit upon reservation and the balance upon arrivial. Kindly note that we may demand 100% deposit for Safari Jeep clients because of the sharp deference between demand and supply.

We operate a transparent billing and reservation policy. All costs that our clients need to pay are expressly stated. You will never be asked to pay anything that was never stated in the pricing.

For all clients, once a reservation is confirmed, you will get a reservation certificate. That is all you need to print. It states all the agreed details and all received payments and balances due if any.
